HOW TO BOOK A STUDENT APPOINTMENT
Students must use their ycdsbk12 email accounts to book their appt, use of a personal email will result in your appt being cancelled
Read #3 below before accessing the Guidance Counsellor appointment calendar
Select a date/time slot with your alpha-designated counsellor ONLY. A "Book an Appointment" box will come up, please enter the following information in the "description" area:
reason for the appointment; e.g. postsecondary planning
Please do not schedule an appointment at the same time you have a test/quiz/presentation.
to leave class, show your teacher your scheduled appointment slot on your Google Calendar or k12 email
your Guidance counsellor will provide you with a slip for you to show your teacher when you return to class
HOW TO BOOK A PARENT APPOINTMENT - Appointments to accommodate parent schedules can also be made. Please call the Guidance office to book.
