Students must complete a PAPER S25B Course Change Form
Visit the Guidance Office and pick up a PAPER S25B Course Change Form OR go to the form below to PRINT a copy of the form (use your YCDSB K12 email account to access the form.)
Have a parent or legal guardian SIGN your COMPLETED form
Drop off in the Guidance Office

Many courses are full and course changes should be limited to stream and pathway changes. We will do our best to grant your request.
This is the only way to request an OFFICIAL COURSE CHANGE. We are unable to accept voicemail or email requests.
