Students must complete a PAPER S25B Course Change Form
Visit the Guidance Office and pick up a S25B Course Change Form OR go to the form below and PRINT a copy of the form.
Have a parent or legal guardian SIGN your COMPLETED form.
Drop it off in the Guidance Office.
If there is room in a course that you requested and a change is possible, a Guidance Counsellor will complete the change.
We will only be accepting forms for stream changes.
Course changes for Semester 1 will only be accepted until September 8, 2025.
Please remember that changing courses may affect your whole timetable and many courses may have to be moved to accommodate your request.
Please Note:
Courses are full, so forms will only be accepted for stream changes. This means changes from applied/college to academic/university or vice versa. We will do our best to grant your request.
This is the only way to request an OFFICIAL COURSE CHANGE. We are unable to accept voicemail or email requests.
Spares are for Gr 12s only.
