I accept my responsibilities and I try my best to live my life like Jesus

I take care of the earth by not littering and respecting nature. 

I line up as soon as the bell rings.

I come to school each day prepared with my communication bag, agenda, reuseable water bottle, lunch and appropriate clothes for the weather.

I return my library book each week.

I return my UFLI duotang book each day.

I return my  red folder each day.

I enter and exit the school quietly and safely. 

I finish my homework on time and with care.

I put my name on my work without my teacher needing to remind me.

I follow classroom and school rules.

I follow recess rules and play in my appropriate yard. On pavement only days, I know I can only use a basketball or small smiley sponge ball.

I keep a neat desk by putting everything in its place.

I check google classroom for announcements on Sunday or Mondays and if I am away.

I have all of my learning materials that I need at school. (pencil case, guided reading book)

I use my agenda effectively and make sure my parents review it.

I put things where they belong when I am finished using them.

I keep my locker organized by hanging my jacket on the hook and placing everything else organized on the hooks and shelves.

I manage my time in class so I can complete my work.

I clean up after myself when I finish my snack or lunch. I never ever litter! 

I listen to instructions carefully.

I read instructions carefully.

I use the resources around the classroom (charts, books, chromebooks) or ask someone else before I ask my teacher for help.

I place work that is completed on my clipboard or in the Finished Bin.

I stay on task and don't distract or interrupt my peers.

I move onto the next question or task when I'm stuck and the teacher is busy.

I work quietly.

I follow routines and instructions with minimal supervision.

I can eat my lunch at my seat and don't go to my locker until the teacher on duty directs us to get ready for recess.

I use my gifts and talents given to me by God.

I help my peers.

I ask for extra help if I need it.

I am committed to finishing what I started.

If I am away, I make sure I check google classroom for any messages.

If I am away, I make sure I complete any work I missed.

I hand in work without being asked to.

I begin tasks and reminders without being asked to..

I listen to Mrs. Corvese's feedback and act on it.

I am a team player. If I don't win in a game I accept it and move on.

I participate in class by listening to others while they are speaking.

With Jesus as my guide, I resolve conflicts in a positive way.

I use mental fitness strategies learned at school to help me deal with challenging situations and people.
