confidence in their ability to implement and revise or adapt their plan throughout their lives as they and the world around them change

This website is intended to provide students, teachers and parents with the resources and learning opportunities to better discern possible career pathways. It is important for students to explore and to think about how the work they do in school, how their learning will support them as they move through elementary to secondary and beyond.

Except for the live events outlined on the TOKTWD page, all of the activities on this site can be deployed at a time and pace that is convenient.
We hope these experiential learning opportunities will inspire rich discussion in your class.

Parents can get involved with any of the Pathways learning activities and with any of the events scheduled for Take Our Kids to Work Day by following the instructions outlined here on this website.

We encourage you to work with and enter into discussion with your son/daughter as they discern various pathways and potential career goals.
