All applicants must
Be 16 years of age
Be a Canadian Citizen
Have completed at least 15 high school credits
Be free of any legal obligations.
The selection process is a six-part procedure that includes:
An Aptitude Test,
Physical Fitness Test,
A two-part Medical Exam,
An Interview, and
A reliability Check.
32 Canadian Brigade Group is pleased to announce the Greater Toronto Area (GTA ) ARMY RESERVE Co-operative Education Program. This Co-op is a joint undertaking between the various GTA schools boards and 32 Canadian Brigade Group. The aim of the military co-op is to introduce young Canadians to career opportunities in the Army Reserve.

The program is scheduled to run during the second semester , February – June.
Basic eligibility requirements for enrolment in the Army Co-op program are the same as for the Canadian Forces.
