To use shadows to enhance your artwork; tell a story; or even interact with your viewer;
To create your own "shadow" photography by setting up items to photograph, going outside and looking for natural shadows in the world, allowing someone to interact with the shadow, or even allowing the shadow to interact with the world.
"Bouquet" (10/18/23) "Candle" (10/18/23) "Switch" (10/18/23)
I was eating in my kithcen when I noticed a bouquet of flowers with a cool shadow from the light above, so I took a picture.
There was a candle on a bureau and I thought I could make a cool shadow picture out of it, so I brought it to a dark place in my garage and took this photo.
After seeing examples of shadow photography, this light switch in a hallway reminded me of something I could use for this assignment.
