My name is Cheryl Lambert. I live in Cumberland with my husband Matt, our three kids and our dog named Stewie. I enjoy being physically active in a variety of ways including but not limited to: running, biking, swimming. Most of my free time is spent playing with my children and taking them to the various activities and sports they are involved in.

I grew up in Canada, and my extended family still lives there. I played soccer at the Collegiate and National level and still love the sport (although I do not play it anymore).
