KLM UK Engineering and City College Norwich invite students to join us at the International Aviation Academy Norwich for an exciting opportunity to explore aviation maintenance training and find out more about the different routes into aircraft engineering.

•  Tuesday 17 November

•  3pm to 6pm, with one-hour sessions

•  International Aviation Academy Norwich

During their visit, students will be able to meet our expert instructors, tour our purpose-built aviation training facilities and learn more about the courses available, including:

•  KLM UK Engineering: Level 3 Aircraft Maintenance Apprenticeship

•  City College Norwich: FdSc Aircraft Engineering degrees - Foundation Degree

We would particularly like to offer these priority places to students who have a genuine interest in aviation, aircraft engineering or a future career within the aviation industry.

Students are welcome to:

• Attend independently, or

• Bring one accompanying adult

As priority places are limited, we would be grateful if you could share this opportunity directly with students you feel have a genuine interest in aviation and would particularly benefit from attending, rather than circulating the booking link more widely at this stage.

Hosted by the Army Careers Office Norwich, this event is designed to give students in Year 9 and above, including those in further education, an insight into the wide range of careers, skills, and opportunities available within the British Army.

Activities will be supported by engagement teams from the Royal Electrical and Mechanical Engineers (REME) and the Royal Artillery (RA), who will help deliver a range of engaging and interactive activities.

• Interactive activities delivered by our REME and Royal Artillery engagement teams

• Army careers presentation

• Q&A sessions with serving soldiers

These activities are designed to be informative, engaging, and relevant to young people considering their future education and career pathways.
