Jiu Jitsu, also known as, 'The Gentle Art", is a form of martial arts that has existed for a long time. It is also known as developing "Flow", a form of life living that is a little slower and more mindful.
The students are trained to use their confidence and self control to avoid conflict. Jiu Jitsu helps to heal the mind and train it to "think outside of the box" to trouble shoot situations that might otherwise get the best of us.
