Our first meeting will be Thursday, October 1st.  We play folk, fiddle, jazz, show tunes, rock and many other styles of music. 

Our first performance will be at the Winter concerts in January, and we will have several more throughout the school year: Yorkville Fine Arts Festival, possible community events, and the Spring Showcase with guest artists!

1. Have a professional attitude but still be ready to have fun!

2. Attendance at all rehearsals is mandatory. If you know of a conflict make sure to communicate it beforehand with the director. A student may be withdrawn from the ensemble for unexcused absences.

3. Have a pencil ready at every rehearsal.

4. Prepare music ahead of time.

5. Respect the directors, and most importantly, each other.
