What didn’t go so well?

Too much content delivered in a very short time period and then bring it to ordinary lessons.

The more deterministic and scheduled plan is, the more difficult to cope with diversity at classroom as some students have issues when trying to follow the plan and forget the objectives.

Some students were trapped and compelled to show themselves in public with their linguistic competencies weaknesses and felt frustrated, raising a bit of refusal to engage in cooperative activities.

What went well?

All students worked on the activities. They appreciated the new way of working in group, and get fun sharing ideas on marketing issues.

The activities raised interest on subjects around the startups and technologies.

Some students performed very well speaking and expressing ideas in English.

What have I learnt?

I have learnt new ways to group students to work cooperatively. I have also learnt strategies to present content, for input and summary content.

Expressions to favor the argumentation speech for the students.

Some new ICT tools to assist the students.

What will I try to improve from now on, …

I will try to take advantage of all the strategies and content delivered in this course.

Specifically, I will try to improve the management of the groups, so they will self manage better, enforcing the members of the group to engage more with their roles, keeping the rules and the time limit given, so everyone will have an opportunity to shine, without pressing it.
