Today was our last day in IC Collodi Marini. We go back home full of unforgettable experiences that we will never forget! We felt really close to the school and we have created a special link with the teachers and the students of the school .
We couldn't have had a better farewell than the one we had! Paolo Capodaqcua, who is a musician, a songwriter and a teacher from the school has set some Giani Rodari texts to music. And he with the help of the students has done a marvelous show to us in order to farewell us.
Once the show has finished the teachers have given us some presents to bring home. Then some of the primary teachers showed us the woodwork the students made, we were amazed to see it. They did chess games, necklaces... And they also do needlework such as bags and pillows. They sell all these objects in the local market.
It's been such a wonderful experience to have had the opportunity to do this job shadowing in Avezzano.
