Andrew McCoshan

Andrew McCoshan has over 25 years’ experience in policies and practices related to education, training, and skills. He currently works as an independent consultant advising EU and international institutions. Andrew led the mapping exercise that informed European developments around Centres of Vocational Excellence and has subsequently applied the CoVE concept in Greek vocational schools for the European Commission’s DG REFORM and most recently has worked on developing ideas for a self-assessment tool for CoVEs for the European Training Foundation. He works widely in Europe and is currently providing expert inputs to the Vocational Education and Training Working Group of EU Member States on the green transition, which is coordinated by the European Commission (EC).

Hélène Barry

Hélène has been working in the Executive Agency since 2006.

She has more than 30 years of experience working with EU programmes in the area of education, research and vocational training. She has coordinated calls for proposals and advised projects for youth, adult education and vocational excellence.

Hélène is dedicated to helping projects achieving their goals and promoting education opportunities in all over Europe.

Sibylle Lacave

Sibylle has been working in the Executive Agency since 2012.

She has 25 years of experience working with EU programmes in the area of communication, research, higher education and vocational training. She has coordinated calls for proposals and advised projects for higher education, adult education and vocational excellence.

Sibylle is dedicated to helping projects achieving their goals and improve education for all European citizens.

Miriam Korstanje

In her role as Programme Manager at PTvT (Dutch National STEM platform), Miriam Korstanje is responsible for all SME programs on digitalisation and life long learning. Miriam is Katapult’s Business Model Development expert, with ample experience in training project leaders, schools and companies in business development. She has worked across many sectors and is specialized in working in the triple helix for both education and innovation.

Noelia Cantero

Noelia Cantero is the Director of EARLALL (European Association of Regional & Local Authorities for Lifelong Learning), a network of 12 regional authorities aiming to contribute to EU policy making and cooperate in projects in the field of lifelong learning. She is in charge of managing the association, supporting members and organising political and technical meetings. Noelia has over twenty years' experience in working with EU policies and programmes in the fields of education, training and research, having experience also in working with the EU institutions as an external expert.

Gregorio Cañavate

Since 2013, Gregorio is international project ‘s manager at CETEM, the wood and furniture innovation centre of Murcia Region (Spain), where has coordinated different European initiatives related to research and training.

He holds a telecommunication engineering degree and is currently performing his PhD about Key Enabling Technologies applied to vocational training. He has worked as software developer in sectors such as e-health or online marketing.

Recently, he is coordinating the Platform of Centres of Vocational Excellence in the Furniture and Wood sector: ALLVIEW. This project encompass 22 partners from 8 European countries with the aim of building the first international platform of vocational excellence in the sector.

Òscar Palazón

Òscar Palazón holds a Bachelor’s Degree in German and English Studies. He has worked as an English teacher in secondary schools for over 25 years. At the moment he is also the Erasmus Coordinator at a vocational training centre in Tarragona, where he deals with internships and mobilities abroad both for students and teachers as well as the management of several international projects.

Liher Errasti

Teacher in the Advance Manufacturing specialization and head of internationalization at Miguel Altuna LHII.

He participates in the TKgune program, which are collaborative projects to facilitate the transfer of knowledge between VET centres and SMEs. Collaborates with TKNIKA (Basque VET Applied Research Centre) in the European Project Exam 4.0.
