What is gep?
GEP stands for Generació Plurilingüe, formerly known as Grup Experimental de Llengües Estrangeres. It's a program promoted by the Catalan Government to foster oral communication skills in a foreign language. You can read more about it here.

This school year 2018-20 we have joined the Generació Plurilingüe program (GEP), promoted by the Education Department with the main goal to promote communicative competence in English, through implementing subject areas such as science, music or art in the foreign language. In our school we have chosen the area of natural science in grades 3rd through 6th.

- Improving the communicative competence in English of our students.
- Improving the social media presence of our GEP program.
- Increasing the knowledge on CLIL methodology for teachers involved in the project.
- Continuing the implementation of the CLIL methodology in the area of science which we started the past school year.
- Starting the implementation of the CLIL methodology in the area of music.
- Updating our school linguistic project from a plurilingual point of view.
