These days are being emotionally disturbing and fear is all around. I'm locked at home with my daughter and my husband and I feel quite safe, but my other 4 siblings are all working and I'm really worried about them. My parents, who are over 70, are confined at home and, although we can't visit them, we call them a lot and look after them as much as we can, always from the doorstep, of course.
The news are appalling and it's difficult to see the light at the end of the tunnel, however, from the very first day we have set some routine at home that helps us keep up. As we have a 7-year-old daughter, we have designed a timetable to keep active and we do a kind of homeschooling with lessons which range from music, arts and crafts, cooking and P.E to maths, language and philosophy. In fact, my daughter says that she doesn't want to go back to school!
We also watch some films and series and we try to be informed, although I have restricted the time that I spend on social media and I have also limited the news, because with so much information, I started to feel overwhelmed by the situation and I couldn't cope with it.
As you may imagine, I am also working from home, I try to prepare things for you and my other students. I know that you may not feel like working, but I think that having things to do may help you too.
This is more or less my everyday life during the confinement, not big deal, but I do what I must do, staying at home!

It’s been 15 days since the government made all the children, tenagers or also elderly people stay at home. At the beginning, I thought that this illness would be like a cold. However, after a few days listening to the news, I feel more scared of the situation. We have to stay at home to protect ourselves. All the world is living these unusual circumstances.
My family and I have the possibility to stay all at home. My parents only go out when we have to buy some food. If not, we make some activities to spend dreadful moments together.
In the morning, I usually do some homework that teachers send us by email. Then, some days, I help my mother to make the lunch.
The afternoons are so long but I normally do sport, watch some series, listen to music, read, dance or make some cookies. As you can see I am not so bored. On the other hand, I miss a lot my friends and family. But, thanks to these new technologies, we have the opportunity to meet each other for an app.
I want to come back to school to see you all again!
Xoxo,
Berta.

I don’t like being confined. The truth is I am the typical person who’s never at home, so it is being very tough and stressful for me to stay in. It’s been already 16 days without spending time with my friends and without playing my favorite sport, basketball.
My father is still working, but my mum stays at home with my siblings and I. I try to follow a routine and do homework every day to maintain the high level and the working schedule. I wake up at 9:45 and do homework for almost two hours. When I don't have school homework to do, I prepare myself for the Cambridge Advanced Exam. Then, I do workouts or bicycle and, at one o’clock, I help to prepare lunch. In my family, we love cooking and we always share moments in the kitchen together. It is a space where we speak and learn from each other. In the afternoon, I usually watch a movie with my sister, read or do video calls with my friends. I miss them so much! I try to go and practice basketball in the garage at 7, but sometimes I forget.
This is my day. It is the most horrible and difficult situation that I have lived, but I know we have to stay at home to save lives. I know I am lucky because, in my family, we are all fine, but let’s think of all the people who are suffering from this disease and all the families who are being spread. Let’s stay home!
I am looking forward to going back to school soon,
Laia

From my point of view, these weeks are being the most horrible and strange that I have lived. We are all living a really catastrophic experience but, hopefully, in few weeks, this situation will be over. I think that the worst thing of it are the bad news that are all the time appearing on TV. For this reason, I try to watch the TV as less as possible.
I live with my parents, my brother and a dog in a semi-detached house so we don’t have so much space. Even so, we try to keep active and to carry out different activities together but also individually to don’t feel overwhelmed.
At mornings, I get up at 9:30 or 10 o’clock and I have breakfast with my brother. Then, I take a shower to start the day with energy. I organize my day and the activities that I may do and I do some homework. I also exercise with my brother. Afterwards, I help my parents to prepare the lunch and after having lunch, I watch a series with my family. Then, I spend some time with myself and I draw, listen to music, read or sunbathe. As I love cooking, I prepare muffins, cookies or a cake to have breakfast. Some days, I make video calls with my friends and we play online game or we do homework together. In the evenings, I make video calls with my grandparents and with my cousins. At nights, I usually watch a film with my family.
To conclude, I have to recognize that this situation is too much for me because, in my everyday life routine, I am always doing things such as going outside with my colleagues, playing basketball…
I hope to see you all as soon as possible!
Lots of hugs!
Jana

It’s difficult to understand what’s happening in our surroundings, but we must face it with the maximum positivism. It’s difficult to find good things in the middle of a horrible fact that affects every one of us; however, at least, we should try to be calmed, happy and full of hope.
During my days of confinement apart of spending long times bored and, sometimes, unproductive I’ve enjoyed doing several things that I don’t usually have time to do. Nevertheless, I am working too with all the homework that teachers recommended us. Basically what I’ve did, and I will continue doing is: preparing different recipies, workouts and sport, painting, homework, playing table games, searching for old photos and remembering nice experiences, watching all type of films, tyding, listening to music and, above all, spending time with my sister Nara.
I had never stayed for more than three days at home or just seeing my family and, for this reason, at the beginning it seemed to be impossible to achieve it. Thanks to all the awareness, the campaigns, the multiple alternatives and the technology this has been possible. Possible for me and for everybody. Videocalls are usefull in every moment and task of the day; to continue with my English and German lessons, to be in touch with family and friends and even to share homework with classmates.
We have to be thankful to all the people that makes this situation a bit better and easier and the ones we can, we must stay at home!
I miss you all and my only wish now is to see you as soon as possible!! :)

Waking up not too early, not too late, sleeping the necessary hours can be so positive because you’ll catch a routine and have more energy because you’ll feel more active.
Make your body think you’re going to go out making your bed and cleaning your room. Keeping your work space tidied is so important too because there will be a more pleasant atmosphere.
Take off your pyjama if It were a normal day and put on comfortable clothes like hoodies or T-shirts. This simple action can take your laziness out and make you feel better.
It’s so important taking advantage of the time we have and we organised it well. I know it’s so difficult so I recommend you to do lists of your objectives whether they are about homework or free time activities that you would like to do. Don’t feel frustrated if you don’t achieve all you wanted to. Even though, don’t put yourself excuses to do nothing.
A great idea could be returning to your childhood and recuperate your memories: photos, paintings, writings...Also you can watch again what were your favourite movies because you’ll see them from another perspective. I like to feel nostalgia remaining who I was.
Family is the most important thing we have and, now, we have the time to stay with them. You’ll pass a nice time if you play games with them and I think this will unite you more. We have to value our relatives and take care of them because they so many people who have them so far.
Music can be so influent on our mood. For this reason, this days, I recommend you to listen happy songs which have a positive message because it’s what we need. A song that really cheer me up is Looking for Paradise, a collaboration of Alejandro Sanz with Belloncé.
It’s always important to follow a healthy diet. Try to not eat between hours and have five clear meals. It’s also essential to differentiate between what it’s real hunger and what is gluttony because of boredom or stress. Even though, be so moderate.
It’s so important to move our bodies in this situation. However, do sport because it’s healthy, because you’ll like it, not because of the stereotypes. The only person that has to like you is yourself. If you’re a beginner, be patient and moderate: start with easy routines or even dance but don’t force yourself because you can hurt it.
Reading gets us into all type of stories showing us parallel worlds of romance, fantasia, action…it’s a cultural good option to disconnected of all the information we’re receive this days. Moreover, it develops creativity, concentration and it’s so healthy for our mind.
Painting drawings or mandalas it’s a really relaxing activity which needs many hours but can make you feel so well. Moreover, it develops creativity, concentration and it’s so good for your mental health. If you like drawing too, try it. Maybe it will become your passion.
Nowadays, we have so many forms to amuse ourselves. For example with series and films that can make us think about or not. Another option, are documentaries, very beneficial because they increase your culture, they don’t have to be bored. In my case, I listen a lot to the radio because I like to be informatted and take into account other opinions to form mine.
Today is 3rd April and we have been 3 weeks at home without going out.
Altought at first I didn’t think this was a big deal, now this has changed.
My routine during this weeks has been quite simple.
In the mornings I do homework and in the afternoons I do things that I like.
Sometimes I draw and I hope that one of these days I will have enough inspiration to make a painting. Also, I have got back to make puzzles, a thing that I enjoyed when I was 3 or 4 years younger. I had finished one of 500 pieces and I started another of 1500.
I had watched a lot of series and movies and I do sport sometimes. Also, I spend time with my family and I talk with my friends a lot.
I hope that this ends soon.

It's 14 of April and Easter is over. It's been a month since we're locked up at home. The world has changed a lot, and the truth is that, not being able to leave, for me, is not therefore.
I spend my days doing homework, cooking, listening to music, watching series, being on the cellphone… Doing common things, but I don't get bored.
I also do quite a few video calls with friends and the hours go by really fast. I enjoy talking with them every day.
The truth is that the only thing that worries me now is not knowing 100% if I will be able to return to my country this summer, but I hope so. In the end, the important thing is that all this is over soon and we can return to our normal life.

Coronavirus has been unexpected and really fast and has changed the world in a second. It has spread fear all around, but I try to stay calm and, at home, I feel safe. The truth is that I don’t like staying in it, but I know this is what I must do and if we all do the same; I hope this situation will finish as soon as possible.
These days, I try not to change my routine. To stay active and to avoid boredom, I continue working and sharing my time, from home, with my family and friends.
Despite this pandemic, I’m happy, because now that I have more time, I can do what I love doing: music. I spend hours singing, playing the piano, the guitar and even the flute. Moreover, I used confinement to do things I normally didn't have time to do: making puzzles, logic games and a lot of “sudokus”, painting, cooking or watching some films and series. I also do some exercise, I play basketball and I keep doing German and music lessons.
I know I am very lucky because all my family and friends are fine but there are a lot of people who are suffering this disease and we must stay home to try to save lives.
I miss you a lot, and I wish to see you all again.

These days of confinement had been so stressful, but now, 34 days later, I start to get used to being at home. Every day, I try to follow a routine because I don’t want to lose the good habits.
My day starts at 10 o’clock in the morning, when I wake up. Then, I have breakfast. At 11 o’clock, I do homework. Now that the 3rd term has started, I stay 2 hours working. After that, I have lunch. At the afternoon, I usually cook something with my family. We cook cakes, cupcakes… I also read for 30 min. Then, I do an exercise routine to keep my body healthy and active. After that, I have a shower and we have dinner. At 11 p.m. I do video calls with friends and one hour later I go to bed.
This is my everyday life during the confinement. Hopefully, all my family and friends are fine. This will end soon and we could see each other again!

MY ROUTINE
During these days of confinement, my routine is getting very busy, I hardly need time. If it is true that I get up quite late, at 11, then I have breakfast and watch a series, Castle.
At 2 o'clock we start lunch. Lately I always cook for myself, my dinner, my lunch.
Then at 3 I start my day, from 3 to 6 I work, from 6 to 8 I do physical routines, from 9 to 10 I have dinner and I look back at the series. Sometimes with my father we will go to the forest with our dog and I driving the car.
These days they say that you have to sanitize a lot, which is why I shower 2/3 times a day. Once upon waking up, before exercising and after exercising. This is how you relax your muscles before doing an activity, and then to relax after doing strong physical activity.
Mario
My everyday life during the confinement it’s not been so bad. I do almost all of the thinks that I usually do. I normally wake up at 7:45 and I have breakfast, after the breakfast my life now is a bite different because we can’t go to the high school but I’m studying at home.
These days I've been doing a variety of things welding grass cutting and a lot things more.
I hope the confinement is over and we can return to normality.

The arrival of COVID-19 was unexpected and fatal, but there were some positive things out of it, like spending time with the family, less pollution in the world, finding new hobbies... Now, I'm going to talk about my everyday life since the coronavirus started.
I usually wake up between 10 and 10:30 in the morning and I have breakfast with my sister. After that, I do some chores and go through social media and talk to some of my friends, so I can distract myself a little. Then, I have lunch with my family. From 15:45 and 17:00 I do sport to stay active and I shower. After I get ready, I do homework and read a book or spend a little time playing games with my relatives until I get called to have dinner. After having dinner with my parents and sister, I put on my pyjamas and watch a film or a series until I go to sleep at midnight.
I have done things I couldn't do before and I have also learned a lot about myself, my family and about the coronavirus and the world in general.
I hope this virus goes away soon, so I can see my friends, the rest of my family and go outside again!

I'm going to be explain your my routine in quarentine. During these days I always have things to do and so I don't get bored. Usually I wake up at 9am and then I will brush my teeth. Then I will make my bed. And then my mom always makes breakfast, but, usually I eat fruit or drink a glass of milk.
Every day, I try to workout. After this I will in the shower. Next I will do some homework and I always keep in to do list which keeps me on track and makes me stay motivated and I add things I need to do and check out things I have already done.
I also spend a lot of time with my family and at night I watch netflix until I fall asleep.
So this is my routine during confinement. I hope to return to normal soon!

The days at home since the coronavirus started have been stressful and boring, because I wasn't used to staying at home a lot. Now, I will explain my daily routine.
I get up everyday at 11:00 and if I am hungry, I eat breakfast. Then, I watch Netflix the rest of the morning. After that, my family and I have lunch and when we finish, I check my social media and talk with my friends.
In the afternoon, I edit pictures, do sport and homework. Sometimes, I take a break and annoy my sister Carla.
In the evening, I have dinner with my parents and sister and later, I watch a series on Netflix until it's time to go to bed. I usually go to sleep at 1 am.
These days I have spent a lot of time with my family, cooked and baked and I also learned how to make pancakes.
I hope I can go outside and see my friends again soon!

During these days, I had been happy, but I miss my everyday life and my friends. Now I'm going to tell you about my routine this confinement.
I usually get up at 10:20 a.m. Then, I have breakfast and I do some homework. Later, I have lunch with all my family. When we finish, we play some table games together. In the afternoons, I usually go to work. When not, I stay at home doing video calls or doing exercice. At night, I have dinner and then I have a shower. Finally, I go to bed at 12 o'clock.
I hope this ends soon. I want to see all my friends again.

It's true that I was a litle confused and afraid in my first days staying home, but now I feel quite relaxed. Surely been the type of person who likes being home helps me, but in this case I didn't wanted to stay home because during the firts days I was all the day long playing videogames, I know that in this times the best thing to do is be relaxed, but I didn't do anything beside that (except eating, of course) and I knew that it was going to make it dificult to me when the time to return to school arrived. So, one day I started to plan a way of doing homework that it does help me.
My way to do homework is very simple, the first step is starting the day spending an hour or two making homework and when i'm done go for step two, playing an hour or two of videogames and when the hour/s are done I reastart the plan doing homeworks and it goes like that until the day ends. Suprisingly, it helps me find more time to draw.
One thing that I tried to mantain every single day during these triyng times is having and sleep schedule, normally I wake up at 10 A.M. and go to sleep at midnight, but sometimes I take a nap. I also triyng to learn a new dance, the Kazostki kick, which basically consist of making kicks while you are squating, it's quite dificult because it's easy to fall to the grown and doing a kick ( a Kazostki kick) requires certain strengh, but it's an accesible dance for the people who don't use to dance.
This virus has changed so many things in our lifes, for exsample, my sister who lives in Rialp have come temporarly into our house to help us in certain problems we have, but it's a fact that we all share one thing, we all do have to stay home, so, stay home, stay healthy, try going new things now that we have a lot of times and over all the thing stay calm.
I wish that i see you as soon as possible,
Pol.
It's astonishing how Coronavirus has changed our lives. Staying home is more difficult than we thought and it's obvious that this excepcional situacion has also completly changed our timetable. In my case, it's getting harder for me to fall asleep due to I'm in the habit of doing lots of activities during the day. As a consequence of this problem, I have insomnia most of the days.
Everyone is trying to keep calm and to normalize this situacion. During the first week of confinement I felt really energetic and I was in a very good mood most of the time, but days and weeks were passing by, and all my energy and happiness got worse. Then, I decided to plan my days and to mark some goals that I would like to reach during every day.
I love playing musical instruments and singing. As a result of this, I play the piano and the ukelele to cheer me up singing my favorite songs. Another thing I couldn't live without this days is listening to music.
Not being able to see my friends is one of the basic problems that I'm having these days, so I facetime with them whenever I can. Talking with them is helping me to be more active and cheerful.
I'm an awful cooker, so I take advantage of this situation to help my parents doing the meals and to learn how not to make a disaster in the kitchen.
Finally, but not less important, I try to keep the dynamic of doing homework every day. It seems difficult to me to concentrate, but after this month at home, I can say that I'm satisfied with the work I have done,
I'm glad that all of us are good. I hope to see you as soon as possible, miss you a lot!
Paulina
My everyday life, I suppose, is very similar to the other teenagers who are confined in their homes right now, only with their families, without doing the activities we were used to do and the worst thing, without being able to see our friends and going out during the weekends.
Everyday I wake up at 10 approximately and I have, my breakfast with my brother. After this, I usually do the homework I have to present. I think doing work is a very good way to forget that I’m confined at home. During the afternoons I listen a lot to music, I watch films and series on Netflix like Orange is the new black or Dare me.
I also do video calls with the people I want to see and I do 1 hour and a half of sport everyday. Some days I’ve been all the afternoons painting mandalas with my grandmother. I love spending the time with her.
At night I chat and I read books
I think that I’m taking advantage of the confinement and I’m learning so many new things.
Lots of hugs to everyone!
Laia
It has been 38 days since we are confined. Although it was hard to accept this situation now I am feeling every time more comfortable with it.
Every day I wake up at 9 o’clock, after that I have breakfast with my little sister. Then I get dressed but before this I have a shower. Then I go to my room and I do homework. When my father arrives at home from work, he have lunch. After that I take a nap and when I wake up I have a snack and I play some games like “Guess who?” with my sister. From half past 6 to 8 I read and also I usually call my grandparents. At 8 I help preparing the dinner, and we eat at 9. From 9:45 to 10:30 I watch the TV with my family. And from 10: to 11:45 I video-call my friends. After that I brush my teeth and I put on my pyjamas. Finally I go to bed.
Every day I get more used to this routine, I miss my friends and family, and although I never thought I would say this, I miss going to school.

Confinement began a long time ago. At first it was a little stressful, but now I've got used to it. Although the situation is a little strange and that when you stop to think it seems like a movie, it is a good time to start again with things you had left, to expand your knowledge and try new things ... I also think it is important to stay well informed And do not believe anything you read, since many conspiracy theories and false news are being created.
I have made a schedule so that I can have a more organized mind.
I wake up every day at around 9am, then I have lunch and I do homework until 1am. Then I eat and then I have the whole afternoon free. I watch series, I read, I play video games, I spend time with my family and my brothers ...

My routine is not best for sure, I wake up at 8 to 9 o'clock in the morning and do some exercises everyday, about 10-15 push up x3, some weights and more things, like 30 minutes on a bicycle , do some homework...
One of the new things I did in this quarantine is to learn how to edit with a program called, Adobe After Effects and it's not quite a simple program for editing, it has a very big potential to edit amazing videos if you have the time. In the photos, I'm using an effect called melt (if you are curious to know what i did). I haven't done a lot but i like what i did in a few hours.
Miroslav Kalinov
My routine now is very different from that I had before. Before I could go out with my friends, go to high school, playing basketball... I'm not used to the new routine yet.
My routine now is based in doing homework, in playing the play, to cook... This days I am spending a lot of time with my family and I really enjoy that. I miss my friends so much, I do a lot of video calls with them but it's not the same.
This quarantine has helped me learn to value the things i had before.

These days i have more free time than before the quarantine, so i can spend more time playing videogames.
An other way to spend the time that I like so much, is watching series, especially a new Netflix serie called The Witcher.I recomend these serie so much. David Viles
MY QUARANTINE ROUTINE
In these difficult days for the society our lifes had changed a lot because the governament has confinated the people.
But always we have a routine and this is my routine:
I wake up at 10:00 am and I have breakfast and I do a little bit of homework. After that at 14:00 I have lunch and I have free time after lunch where I play videogames with my friends until 17:00 pm. At 17:00 pm I do homework until 19:00 pm and at 19:00 I do exercise. Finally at 21:00 I have dinner and I go to sleep at 22:30.
