Who are our customers?
The University of the Western Cape (UWC) is a national university that is aware of its African and international context. UWC strives to be an establishment synonymous with quality, a place to grow.
UWC makes use of our Outsourcing service offerings. We provide specialised technical skills and services to the Operations and Service Desk units within the UWC ICT Department in an underpinning capacity. We work closely with the university to ensure that they deliver on their customers’ requirements.
Our biggest success story? Our collaborative approach to outsourcing. Our relationship is built strongly on mutual trust and respect.
UWC is our most significant customer and our strongest case study and reference site.
