"At XP Trust, our mission is simple: we want every student to leave us ready for the world, with big ambitions and the skills to achieve them. We will help each student build the confidence, knowledge, and experience to choose their own path — and succeed on it.
Whether that path leads to university or an apprenticeship and eventually into the world of work, we will make sure each and every student is ready to take the next step."

Working with Experts and the Community at XP Schools
Each term, students at XP schools study cross-curricular learning expeditions which address big questions such as "How can we continue to make progress in public health?" or "What does it mean to be human?".
Working alongside experts, carrying out purposeful fieldwork and doing authentic and worthy work are integral parts of every learning expedition. Our students work as artists, geologists, writers, scientists, engineers, designers... to complete projects within each learning expedition, with public facing products that make a difference to our local community.
We are open to contact from organisations that could enrich our students' study of the curriculum through working alongside experts.
Likewise, we are on the lookout for organisations that can provide authentic briefs for our students to experience working as a scientists, mathematician, artist etc.
If you are interested in supporting our learning expeditions, please contact:

Drop down day for XP Doncaster
All XP/E students took part in an awesome Crew Community Engagement Day designed to prepare them for a safe and informed summer and give them an insight into the roles available in Uniformed Services.
The day featured hands-on workshops and demos led by local police and services. Students explored police kit, vehicles, and drone technology, gaining insight into how these tools are used in real-life situations. Sessions, talks and Q&As encouraged honest conversations and gave students practical tools to navigate peer pressure and online challenges over the holidays. This engagement has inspired several of our students to further explore careers within our frontline services.
