Crew

Crew is our pastoral system of 12 or 13 students to each adult Crew Leader. Students stay in their crew for the time they are at an XP school. Crew is 45 minutes every day and combines academic, career and wider pastoral activities.

Crew continues throughout all year groups from Year 7 to Year 13 and the activities change depending on the needs of our students.
