Dear Parent/Guardian,
As communicated earlier, your child’s/ward’s Personal Learning Device (PLD) has been installed with a DMA to ensure that he/she uses the PLD for learning in a safer digital learning environment.
The DMA Parent Portal is now made available for you to monitor your child’s/ward’s PLD activities.
1. The Chromebook Device Management Application (DMA) solution would be LightSpeed Systems.
2. During school hours, the Default Setting will apply.
3. After school hours, parents/guardians have a choice to continue with the Default or opt for an Alternative Setting. The following table outlines the different levels of restrictions, controls, and monitoring for the different DMA options after school hours.

Changing of DMA Options
We do not advise parents/guardians to keep switching DMA options as this can cause confusion to your child. In deciding any option, parents/guardians should always have a conversation on the proper use of the devices during after-school hours.
Nevertheless, if there is a need to switch from 1 option to another. Parents can fill up the following form in the link below.

For audit purposes, the school regrettably will not be able to grant DMA change requests through calls or emails and will only process requests filed through the form link above.
