What is Home-Based Learning (HBL)?
For HBL, students can carry out learning activities from the comfort of their homes.
It's important to note that not every HBL lesson will require the use of a personal device.
Teachers will leverage on the mixed use of home-based and in-school actvities as well as utilising online and offline approaches with wide ranging resources such as textbooks, workbooks or digital learning objects.
Through completing the HBL activities, students will foster independent learning as they also need to manage their time to complete the tasks required.
The tasks completion will be monitored by our teachers.

The school has planned Structured Home-Based Learning (HBL) Days for Secondary 1 to 5 students.
The school has planned Structured Home-Based Learning (HBL) Days for Secondary 1 to 5 students.
On these structured HBL days, students will be engaged in curriculum coverage for identified subjects that enhances the subject experience through extension activities.

The structured HBL days also help develop in our students’ a growth mindset whilst inculcating in them good learning habits. More importantly, for them to appreciate that knowledge has no boundaries.

The dates on the right shows the HBL dates for Sem 1 and 2.
i. Do take note that Sec 4/5s will be having HBL only for SEM 1.
ii. Sec 3s will be out for Cohort Camp on Term 1, Week 9.
