  1. Workshop on Designing Policy Solutions for Drought in Maharashtra with Georgetown University students from November 2018 to March 2019.

  2. Work-Readiness session by Talerang Career Training team on 12 July 2018.

  3. Professor Irfan Nooruddin, Ph.D. Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani Professor of Indian Politics, Faculty Chair, Walsh School of Foreign Service, Director, Georgetown University India Initiative spoke at the guest lecture on 24 July 2018 on "India's role in the world as it aspires to global power status".

  4. Urban Policy students visited Columbia Global Centers | Mumbai to hear a Lecture by Dr. Zachary Burt, a Research Fellow at the Mailman School of Public Health, Columbia University on “Water and Sanitation for All: Tracking India's Progress” on 25 July 25 2018.

  5. Interaction of students with alumni, Mr. Cassius Castellino, Project Coordinator, Swissnex India, Consulate General of Switzerland on 8 August 2018 as a part of career counselling activity.

  6. Guest lecture by Prof. Madina Tlostanova, Professor of Postcolonial Feminisms at Linköping University, Sweden with the title, “The post-colonial condition, the decolonial option and the post-socialist mediation” was hosted by the Department of Public Policy, St. Xavier's College, Mumbai on 25 September 2018 in collaboration with the Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Patna Centre.

  7. The Department of Public Policy in association with The Xavier's Resource Centre for the Visually Challenged organised a workshop titled Antarchakshu®2.0 — The Eye Within on 7 and 8 February 2019.

  8. As an expression of respect to "Indian Navy at 70", the Department of Public Policy organised a lecture on "Maritime Security Overview of India - History, Geography and Diplomacy" by Cmde Srikant B. Kesnur, Director, Maritime Warfare Centre, Western Naval Command, Indian Navy on 12 February 2019.

  9. Interaction of students with alumni, Ms Purnima Khandelwal, Program Officer- Family Planning at Population Foundation of India, New Delhi, on 19 February 2019 as a part of career counselling activity.

  10. Foreign Policy students visited Columbia Global Centers, Mumbai for a talk by Safwan Masri, Executive Vice President of the Global Centers and Global Development, Columbia University, on 22 February 2019. The subject was, “Shifting Power Dynamics in the Middle East: Prospects for Democracy and Pluralism”.
