Programmes

The postgraduate course is conducted for 4 semesters. Semesters I, II, and III comprise core theory, Practical, and Elective courses inclusive of internships and research projects. Semester IV comprises a six-month research Project with a dissertation and electives in emerging trends in Biotechnology. Dynamic and Interdisciplinary curriculum and Holistic training in fundamentals and applications of Proteomics, Bioinformatics, Molecular Biotechnology, and Mammalian Cell technology. 

A one-year Diploma course in Bioinformatics is offered to students of biological science such as TYBSc (degree holder) or M.Sc. (pursuing or degree holders) in BioSciences or specialisation in subjects of Biotechnology/Microbiology/Biochemistry/Life Science/Botany/Zoology and other branches of biological science.
