Plus Curricular/Special Skill Self-Learning Courses

Curriculums for Students to Self-Learn Plus Curricular/Special Skills

XRCVC inclusive Education Model:

The purpose is to build independent functioning of students with blindness equipped with all age-appropriate special skills. Persons with blindness need to learn some extra skills—to participate fully in learning and function independently—because of their visual impairment. These skills are called the “plus curricular/special skills”.

These skills are taught to the students depending on their age, grade level, the onset of blindness, level of blindness, and needs. These skills are taught/learnt level-wise. Some of these skills can be self-learnt by the student.

Read the following to understand which level you belong to and which skills are available for you to self-learn.
