Course Description

This class will (cognitively) reinforce and expand the student's knowledge base of safe, efficient, and effective techniques and strategies, (physically) improve the student's physical appearance, develop increased physical performance, and decrease the likelihood of injury, and (affectively) create confidence, desire, enjoyment, and establish positive lifelong habits that will result in the student living a longer, happier, more productive life.
