Transcript Requests are initated in the student's SCOIR Account at least ONE MONTH BEFORE THE APPLICATION DEADLINE
To request transcripts, login in to the SCOIR account and navigate to the MY COLLEGES tab.
Drag and drop a school from the FOLLOWING category to the APPLYING category or simply type in the school’s name in the APPLYING category. If the student has changed their mind about a school and decide NOT to apply, simply click the 3 dots and choose “no longer applying”.
This initial request needs to occur at least one month before the application deadline. For example, if the student has a November 1 deadline, the transcript needs to be added to the APPLYING column of SCOIR by October 1.
Lastly, after the application has been submitted, move the school to the APPLIED column. This is one more check in the procress to insure that transcripts are sent to the right school for the correct deadline.
There is a $2.00 fee for each transcript that the Counseling Office sends on the student's behalf. This fee will be paid after the student receives a "fee statement" at the end of the application cycle in April.
