Lunch Options

This year, each guest will receive one ticket to use at a food truck of their choice from the options listed below. The ticket covers up to $19, which is the allotted per diem amount. Guests may select only one food truck where the ticket can be used only at that vendor.

Crāv-A-Bowl

Developed by Cheyenne Regional Medical Center’s culinary team, Crāv-A-Bowl offers a diverse menu featuring soup, salad, ramen, rice, acai and upcoming breakfast bowls. All dishes are designed to cater to a wide range of tastes. “Our goal with Crāv-A-Bowl is to offer a healthy and affordable dining option that not only nourishes our patrons but also fosters a sense of community within and beyond the hospital walls,” - Chandlor Lampert, CRMC

Queso's Kitchen

Founded in August 2021, Queso’s Food Truck is a family-owned business based in Cheyenne, Wyoming. They proudly serve authentic New Mexican food along with a diverse menu of flavorful favorites such as green and red chili fries, carne asada tacos, deep fried tacos and bowls.

Bangkok Bites

Bangkok Bites is a local food truck serving Thai cuisine, with menu options that include noodle dishes, fried rice, curries, and appetizers. Popular selections include Pad Thai, Drunken Noodles, Pad See Ew, Basil Fried Rice, and Crab Rangoon. Spice levels can be customized, offering options for a variety of tastes and preferences. Try their Thai Iced Tea! It's a Department of Health favorite!

Mad Flavors

Mad Flavors Food Truck offers a variety of comfort-food favorites, including BBQ burgers, Philly cheesesteak sandwiches, loaded mac and cheese, and flavorful street-style elote. With hearty portions and bold flavors, it's a great option for anyone craving a big bite to eat.
