Eligible applicants: state, county, local, and tribal agencies.
Supports the prevention, preparation, and response to acts of terrorism.
Eligible applicants: county emergency management agencies.
Supports enhancing and sustaining all-hazards emergency management capabilities.
Eligible applicants: states, territories, and tribal.
Supports development, improvement, and execution of emergency plans to ensure the safe transportation of HAZMAT.
Eligible applicants: non-profits, including religious organizations.
Supports implementation of physical security for non-profits at high risk of terrorist attacks.
Eligible applicants: state, local, and tribal agencies.
Supports mitigation projects for disaster or natural hazards after an FMAG or Presidential Disaster Declaration.

Eligible applicants: state, local, tribal, and territorial agencies.
Supports cybersecurity planning, training, and improvements to help protect government networks from cyber threats.
The Authorized Equipment List (AEL) is a tool for emergency managers, first responders and homeland security professionals. It contains approved equipment types allowed under FEMA’s preparedness grant programs.
It ensures that grant recipients purchase approporiate and necessary gear for homeland security and emergency mangement.
