If you’re a junior or senior and enjoy mathematics as well as employing logical/critical reasoning skills, we want you! We typically begin meeting early in the second semester to prepare for our spring competition. We’ll spend time as a group examining problems from past competitions, to get a feel for what will be asked. The problems are way more interesting and fun than anything in your textbooks! They cover Algebra, Geometry, Advanced Math, and Problem-Solving. If you’re interested in burnishing your credentials, we form JV and Varsity teams for the Rock Valley Conference Meet. We’ve had a legacy of excellence: 1st in conference: 2010, 2011, 2012, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2021; and first in state: 2010, 2015, and 2018.
