Brookside Primary School Health Office

The goal of the health office at BPS is to keep students healthy and ready to learn! Feel free to browse this site for helpful tips, forms and other services that are provided at school. 

The Brookside Primary School Health Office has two full-time nurses: Allison Conyers and Sophia Hall.  Allison or Soph will be in the nurse's office anytime students are in the building.  Both Allison and Soph are Nationally Certified School Nurses.
