Library Class 

It is so great to see some familiar faces and to get to know new friends. We start each class with a song, we read a story, and get to pick out books to take home. We will be working on how to find "Just Right Books" for ourselves.  How to use a shelf marker and how to check out a book throughout the year. 

Your child's library day is

Ms. Jenny's Monday/ Wednesday Maples Class is on Wednesday  

Ms. Jenny's Tuesday/Thursday Pines Class is on Thursdays

Ms. Heather's Monday/Thursday Willows classes are on Thursday

Students may return books to the library any day they are in school.  They may drop off books in the outdoor Bobcat Book return box, in the library book return slot or in the hallway book return door.  

Parents are welcome to check out 10 books at a time from the school library. The library is open at the beginning and end of the day for parents.  I will set you up an account in our system so you can check out books

There are no overdue book fines.  Please return overdue books as soon as possible. 

If a book gets damaged please email Mrs. Willard and we can discuss repayment or replacement

I am looking forward to a great school year of fun reading.  

This month's stories will be about gathering more joy, more community, and kindness.
