Hello, my name is Quinn Smith, and I'm a senior at Winton Woods high school. I was Valedictorian for 2024's Bigger Than Sneakers Academy. I've been participating in the Academy of Global Studies for about 4 years now. After I graduate high school, I plan to attend an HBCU to become a dentist.

Hii, my name is Tsidqiyah Yisrael, but I like to go by Qiyah. I have been a part of the Academy of Global Studies (AGS) since I was a freshman, and it is now my senior year. I joined AGS because I knew this was a program that not everyone had the opportunity to be a part of, and I wanted to take advantage of that.
Apart from being a member of AGS, I have also been a part of the WWHS volleyball team for 4 years, WWHS band for 2 years, and this year, I joined Varsity Ensemble, Reverie A Capella, and WWHS Theatre Club.
I believe that community is everything, and my advice to anyone, anywhere would be for them to find a place, at least one place that gives them a sense of belonging. :)
What mark do we want to leave on our community?
When we started this project in August of 2024, our AGS teachers tasked us with the question of what Sustainable Development Goals do we want to base our capstone project on? What mark did we want to leave on our community?
It wasn't very hard for us to decide on the SDGs that closely relate to bettering the quality of many humans everyday lives.
Everyday, people all over the world struggle to make ends meet. Especially in this economy, poverty is more common than some may think.
We knew we wanted to find a way to give.
