Identifying Glocal Issues. Benchmark A focused on researching three SDG's to which we can narrow down our capstone project to. Nothing too hard, I looked into SDG 9, 8, and 3 and gave information from the SDG website on what their goals are. 

Issue Proposal/Sign Off. During this benchmark, we chose one of the three SDG's we have researched to work on for our project. I chose SDG 3. We were asked to come up with a potential project idea for this issue. Right now I am unsure of what exactly I'll do but I'll ask about options available.

Capstone Issue Deep Dive. We further researched our selected SDG. Gathering facts, statistics, and organizations out there that help our community in some shape or form related to this SDG. So far, I hope I can get to know ways in which a local community member can help themselves and others with this. Benchmarks are a bit of help in getting to know our SDG so all good with that.

Take Action Plan. This was our final submission on what we were going to do for the project. We were asked how we will go about this project and possible obstacles that may appear during it.  I'm sure there won't be many issues going along but besides just finding info. Gathering info to create some program spreading awareness of health.

Take Action Timeline. Here is where I had to list out all details relating to the project. This includes items that are going to be used, when the project will be presented, and what the project looks like. At the end, I ended up settling with an informative slideshow about health and important aspects of it such as hydration and good nutrition. This is going to be presented on March 14th at the Showcase of Excellence.

Self-Reflection. Its self-explanatory, I think everything went well on this project. Sure, I was lost for most of it but I managed to find my way through at the end. The Showcase of Excellence went really well. I had fun presenting my project with the few audiences that came in. By few I mean like two people. Not many people showed up but I like to think that I did a good job interacting with them and giving out info.
