Article III. Qualifications for Chapter Membership Section 1. A regularly enrolled student of a secondary school (grades 9-12) who has maintained an honor average in the study of Spanish or Portuguese for at least three semesters is eligible for membership in the SHH. The student must be enrolled in the study of the language at the time of induction.
