About Me
This is my 3rd year at Jessie F. George Elementary School. I am very grateful to be apart of the Westwood Regional School District community. My role as an elementary school counselor allows me to formulate wonderful relationships with my students and their families.
Social and emotional learning is a very important component in a young child's education. My mission is to foster, inspire, and instill the skills needed to help my students achieve their potential. I am so excited for another school year! I look forward to a wonderful year ahead!
Education
BA in Psychology from Rutgers University.
MA in School Counseling from Long Island University.
Philosophy
Every individual child has the right to learn in an environment that encourages growth and expansion. Learning to be comfortable in your own shoes and embrace your unique self is one of the greatest gifts we can give to ourselves! Every person can acquire the skills to be successful across their lifespan!
