The Business Education Pathway offers students the opportunity to explore business interests and careers by completing 20-credits in business and related courses that introduce students to a wide range of experiences and skills essential for a career in business.
The pathway begins in 9th grade with semester elective courses and continues in subsequent years with a wide range of offerings to allow students to tailor their program to individual interests . These courses are designed to introduce students to introductory business fields and prepare students for entry level positions or for further studies beyond high school.
The pathway experience can culminate with an optional Work Based Learning (WBL) in the 12th grade tailored to the students' individual interests and coinciding with the chosen pathway. The credits that students earn for participating in an WBL will count as part of the 20 credits required to complete the pathway.
