Mrs. Mendez is an Elementary Music Teacher, teaching 4th and 5th grade chorus and general music to students in grades K-5 at Jessie F. George and Washington Elementary Schools. She also is the director of the "Theater Week" program at both Washington and George Elementary Schools!

Mrs. Mendez graduated from The College of New Jersey where she studied music education with a concentration in Voice. She has been teaching elementary school music for 13 years.
