Seasonal OT Tips

Spring is coming........we hope!

As we feel we are in the dead of winter getting outside can be a challenge.  Check out the activities to do at home above for indoor tasks.  When able to bundle up and get outside enjoy making snowmen, and snowballs! A great fun snow activity is to fill up spray bottles with water and food coloring to paint the snow!!

Activities that are great this time of year are:

• Baking or cooking continue to be great activities that focus on strengthening, following directions, and of course yummy results at the end!

• Laundry is another great activity that helps with sorting concepts, and motor planning for folding.

• Make grocery lists together, this can help with organizing!

Enjoy the outdoors when the weather permits, and enjoy activities that bring you joy!
