Homework

Homework is very important for the growth and understanding of a particular topic or subject. There will be a STAR binder that will go back and forth daily between home and school. The homework assignments for that week will be due on Friday. 

Other homework that you can do with your child every night are listed below! 

•  Review "Red Words" every night.

• Name writing practice.

• Review names and sounds of letters.

• Review writing letters and numbers. 

• Read with your child every night. 

  • Discuss where to begin when reading a book. 

  • Find familiar words in the story with them while reading. 

  • Talk about what you read!
