My teaching philosophy begins with a student-centered approach encompassing each student's diverse needs, various interests, and preferred learning style. I strive to make learning a joyful and meaningful journey for all and foster personal growth by helping students develop the skills, attitudes, and knowledge needed for a lifelong love of learning. I aim to foster a classroom family where every student feels safe, valued, supported, and excited to be in my class. Every child deserves to be educated alongside their peers regardless of their unique abilities, and be provided any accommodations that may help them succeed. As much as my students will learn from me, I will continue to learn more from all of them throughout my career. I am eager to keep learning and await the opportunity to collaborate with my fellow staff members, and empower students to reach their full potential through collaboration and strong relationships.Â
