As the Black Plague sweeps into England through it's bustling port cities, death and fear overcome the population. The kingdom faces a challenge like no other: villages are being abandoned, trade is disrupted, and panic grips both nobles and commoners. At this time, the King of England has appointed his Royal Council-- comprised of priests, advisors, merchants, nobles, and citizens-- to determine how to emerge fortified. 

In this Specialized Agency, delegates will consist of representatives from involved states, territories, kingdoms, and rising empires, who will debate urgent matters of survival, attempts at finding remedies, reducing the plague's impact, maintaining economic and trade stability, addressing widespread unrest, and much more.

This committee challenges Delegates to navigate the complex intersections of medicine, governance, economy, faith, and society during one of history's most deadliest pandemics. Will England emerge fortified from the plague-- or collapse under the weight of fear, death, and unrest?
