Anime & Comic-Book
Anime & Comic-Book Club is a place for all nerds to gather! Club started out just as a Comic-Book club, but a few of my students persuaded me to include anime and it has grown exponentially. We meet once a week after school, and every week I try to have a different theme. Sometimes we play games, watch movies, bring manga and comics to read and swap, build our own original characters, and even have Cosplay days. Due to the number of students I have had sign-up, club has been split the last year; one group of 30-34 from Sept to Jan, and one group of 30-34 from Feb. to June. This allows students to still participate in athletics or other school activities the other half of the year!
