Appropriate physical education attire:
Shorts under skirts
Non-marking Gym Shoes (tennis shoes)
Students will lose 5 points a class for unsafe shoes which can include, but are not limited to - crocs, sandals, open toed shoes, shoes/boots with heels, snow boots, dress shoes, ect.
A positive attitude and your full participation and effort.

Points a day:
1st-6th grade will earn 30 points a day, 7th-8th will earn 15 points a day. Student’s will earn all points if they participate 100%, show good sportsmanship, follow all directions and class rules, treat equipment with care and use it in an appropriate manner.
The student will lose points if they are:
Unsafe, put others down, breaks gym rules or expectations, is disrespectful to teacher or classmates, shows poor sportsmanship, is unwilling to participate in the activity, or shows poor effort during the activity. If the poor behavior continues, more points will be taken from the daily grade.
If a student does not have tennis shoes on, the student will automatically lose 5 points. We want this to be a safe environment for everyone and any other type of footwear is potentially dangerous for themselves and/or the gym floor.
