The Mission of Suzanne Library is to create a welcoming place for all students. Mr. Leung is committed to reinvigorating the library by creating a safe space for students to relax, foster a positive learning environment and making Suzanne MS Library the best place on campus. To help with this goal, please consider a few contribution ideas.
Library Amenities
Bean Bags for Naps and Quiet Reading.
Pick up books on Hold through Destiny Discover.
Board and Card Games an alternatives to electronic devices.
Safe Space to study.
Kios to seach books on Destiny Discover.
Solve Puzzles at lunch time.
Digital Bulletin Board for weekly school announcements.
New Library Rules
PHOTO ID REQURED TO CHECK OUT
BOOKS, GAMES, PUZZLES, AND MORE.
Library Behavior
No Cellphones or iWatch use in the Library
No Eating or Drinking in the Library.
No open food packages or sugary bottles.
No Gum at anytime on campus or in the Library.
No Video Games in the Library.
No YouTube Videos in the Library. Unless approved by a Teacher.
The library will be open the same time the Noon Aides open the field during lunch.
The purpose of the library is to check out books, do homework, finish assignments.
Students must be looking for a book or seated at a chair or beanbag.
Students are not to loiter or hangout in the book shelf ailses.
Students are not permitted to “come and go” from the library because it is a disruption.
