For technical support, please contact your school's office staff.

When contacting the school, please include this information:

  • Student's first and last name

  • Student's ID number (lunch number)

  • District provided Chromebook or Personal Device?

    • If personal device - what type of device (Mac, Windows PC, Chromebook)? And what internet browser are you using (Chrome, Firefox, Safari)?

  • Explain the problem in detail:

    • What application - WUSD Apps Portal? Google Classroom? Curriculum - such as GoMath or Wonders or Lexia?

    • What is the problem - can't log in? Error message? Not sure how to proceed?

    • What have you already tried?

  • Screenshots/pictures of the error message or issue is helpful to attach to the email

The more information you can provide, the easier it is for staff to help Troubleshoot and/or use that information to submit a HelpDesk ticket.
