HOSA stands for Health Occupations Students of America, but members are now called Future Health Professionals.  HOSA  is an International organization for Health Academy students. Once a member, students are eligible to attend and compete at the state and fall conferences. All students are required to participate in order to receive a Health Academy pin and/or medal.
