What is the Weston Table Tennis Community?
👉 WTTC is a community club that welcomes new members. Our motto is “Thrive Together.”
Where do you play?
👉 At Broadoak Academy Sports Hall, Weston-super-Mare.
When are the sessions?
👉 Thursdays (19:00–21:00) and Saturdays (10:00–12:00). Always check the website, as times may change (e.g. during exams).
Do you have competitive table tennis?
👉 Yes — WTTC runs a weekly handicapped Monthly Medal competition, leading to a Champion of Champions final each season.

Where can I find information about the club?
👉 The primary place for information is the WTTC website.
What is Spond?
👉 WTTC uses Spond (free for PC/Mac, Android, iOS) to manage membership, sessions, competitions, and events.
👉 Invitations to sessions and events are sent via Spond.
👉 Download at: https://www.spond.com.
What is the TTE Sport80 system?
👉 A system used by Table Tennis England to manage memberships, clubs, leagues, and results.
👉 Members can manage their TTE membership through Sport80.
👉 New members will get an email from TTE to register.

How will I receive notifications from the club?
👉 Routine updates come via email and Spond. Short-term alerts (like cancellations) are sent via WhatsApp.
Am I automatically added to WhatsApp?
👉 Yes, new members are added to the WTTC WhatsApp group. You can leave anytime if you wish.

How much does it cost?
👉 Guest members: £10 adults, £5 juniors (14–18).
👉 Annual members: £60/year (pro-rata) + £5 per session (adults), £3 (juniors).
👉 Under 14s play free but must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
How do I make payments?
👉 WTTC is cashless. Payments are made via BACS following invoices sent by email.
What reference should I use when paying?
👉 Always use the invoice number (top right of the invoice) as the payment reference.
