We advertise sessions by invitation using Spond, so if you are interested in playing, please use the Contact button below to register your interest and we will get back to you promptly.

The Table Tennis England (TTE) Sport80 system is used to manage TTE Memberships, Clubs, Leagues, and Websites.
Members can manage their TTE membership through the 'Manage Membership' tab on the main TTE website.
New members will receive a notification from TTE via email after being registered.
Registration for the system can be completed using the email and date of birth provided during the application.
The Sport80 system can be used to book TTE coaching or officiating courses and check membership details, results, and rankings.
The Sport80 system may not be of much use to new members initially unless they are running a club or need to use the specific functions.
WTTC uses WhatsApp for short-term exchanges of information.
Routine communication is done via email and the Spond app.
New members are automatically added to the WTTC WhatsApp Message Group, but they can leave if they want.
Being part of the WhatsApp group means members will receive notifications of time-sensitive information like last-minute cancellations.
WTTC is a cashless organisation.
Lloyds Business Banking software generates invoices for payments.
Invoices are delivered to the registered email address.
Payments are made by BACS via online banking.
The invoice number is used as the reference.

Q: Where does WTTC Play?
A: WTTC plays at the Broadoak Academy Sports Hall, Weston Super Mare.
Q: When are the sessions?
A: Sessions are scheduled for Thursdays (1900-2100) and Saturdays (1000-1200). Always check the website for confirmation, as sometimes halls and timings can change, especially when Exams are scheduled.
Q: How much does it cost?
A: WTTC has two membership schemes, each with their own payment profile. Guest members pay a flat £10 for adults and £5 for Juniors (14-18). Annual Subscription Members pay an annual subscription fee of £60 for the year (pro-rata) and £5 per session for Adults and £3 for Juniors. Under 14s can play free of charge but must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
Q: Do you have competitive Table Tennis?
A: WTTC runs a weekly handicapped Monthly Medal competition, where players are randomly drawn into groups of 3 or 4 players, and then everyone in that group plays everyone else. The results accumulate across the month, and the player with the best Game Difference is deemed the winner. All winners of the Monthly Medal go through to a Champion of Champions competition at the end of the season.
