We're only human, so we won't always get it right, but, when we get it wrong we welcome your complaint.  If you would like to raise a complaint, please see the Complaints section below.

At WTTC we believe table tennis brings people together.

Our goal is to maintain a welcoming, respectful and inclusive space for all members.
We expect everyone who plays, volunteers or coaches with us to share these values.

We are guided by UK equality law and by Table Tennis England’s governance principles.
Our focus is simple and practical

• 🧍‍♂️🏓  WTTC is a community for everyone. Our membership, policies and participation are based on recognising each individual as a person deserving of dignity and respect, in line with equality and safeguarding standards. We respect how you choose to identify, and you will be treated with respect as a member of our community. 

• 🤝 Equal access – You can join in sessions, events and activities on the same terms as everyone else. 

• 🧭 Respectful environment – We don’t engage in political or ideological debates. Our mission is sport, community and wellbeing.

• 🌈 Inclusive by nature – However you identify, we respect you as a person and expect the same sporting respect and behaviour in return.
