Mr. Noyan brings 19 years of experience in education. For the past 15 years, he has served as a special education resource teacher at the high school level, providing instruction across core academic subjects essential for graduation, including English language arts, mathematics, science, and social studies. His career includes 4 years with Newark Public Schools and 12 years with Elizabeth Public Schools, and he is currently in his 3rd year at Woodbridge High School. In addition to his teaching role, Mr. Noyan has coached football, as well as both winter and spring track. He also currently serves as a co-advisor for the Student Council and is a proud supporter of the Black Student Union (BSU).
