Semester 1 dual enrollment applications are due _______9/26/25________. Please see below for the application and contact information for returning Dual Enrollment students who do not know their MC ID. Students will be billed after they apply.
To register for dual enrollment, please follow these instructions:
New dual enrollment students:
Complete the dual enrollment application and registration form found here: https://middlesexcc.elluciancrmrecruit.com/Apply/Account/Login by midnight on 9/26.
Step 1: Click the link above and select ‘Create Account’ from the top menu bar to create your account. This account is only for the application site. Write down your username and password in the event you have to log back in for corrections. Use a REAL EMAIL!
Step 2: Once your account is created, click ‘Create a New Application’ and be sure to select ‘Dual Enrollment Application.’ Proceed with entering your contact information. Be sure to always select ‘dual enrollment’ as your program of interest.
Step 3: Enter your relevant course information from the list below and submit your application.
Returning dual enrollment students:
Complete the Jotform found here: https://middlesexcc.jotform.com/222206057897865 by midnight on 9/26. Make sure you have your Middlesex College student ID number, as it is a required field.
*Returning students only: if you don’t know your MC ID#, please request it by emailing MCCDE@middlesexcc.edu. Be sure to email from your high school email account and include your full name, home address, and birthdate. IDs will not be given over the phone or to a parent/guardian.
A confirmation statement with login and payment instructions will be mailed to your home address on file in November/December.

Submitting a form is a commitment to paying for your courses. Applications cannot be withdrawn and tuition is non-refundable.
Submit your application early in case follow-up information is needed. Applications must be considered complete by 9/26.
Students with outstanding balances will not be registered for new courses. Submit payment in self-service before requesting courses.
